Everything on your menu deserves 5 stars. Everything is so savory. The environment is okay. Not the absolute best but good. The workers know how to get it done well, they know what they are doing. The best thing there is 100% the number 9 meal. It's small but yet so filling and with the sweet tea with the meal, that's the best combo! Definitely a 10/10 if you ask me.
McDonalds you are the light that shines when I'm sad. I love your fries and I think they're one of the best. You may know this but I.... I want to be a fry when I grow up. Your customer service is really good. I know this because I work there and I'm extremely nice and good looking. I like the smell of your tables. They smell like food and like lettuce.
The West Haverstraw NY McDonalds, has had the most well trained socially interactive young people, from the drive up window to the order retrieve window they are friendly, courteous, happy and engaged, very professional and a feeling of They enjoy what they do. Great training McDonalds. I hope these young entrepreneurs are steered in the many facets of hospitality, which can open doors to other highly demanding well paying careers in Hospitality.
Great training McDonalds and great vision from good quality management whether at the drive up window or inside to sit and relax ordering is easy and delivery by stay is fast friendly and eager to ensure your order and dining experience is top. Right down to the staff that ensure a quick cleanup of tables and tending to the self help bars for condiments and soft drinks Bathroom always impeccable. Well groomed, managed, friendly hospitable, knowledgeable, clean and relaxing music never too loud I have mentioned to manager a nice morning music theme of spa type music. ;)
I've eaten at McDonald's for a long time, I've always been treated with respect, and professional staff, some of the food might not be the healthiest, but that's my choice, they have healthy food also, the food I order has always been good, well cooked, and warm, not cold, like some other fast food places I've went to, and the staff are friendly and courteous, I will continue to eat at McDonald's, only once in a while though, it's kinda like a treat for me, it's a great fast food chain.
I just want to give a shoutout to the Banning, Ca McDonalds. My family and I were there today and the nicest employee was so helpful and just know nice! His name is Jason and he gave the best customer service at a McDonalds that I've ever seen. He was so polite when he took our order and later he came to our table to see if there was anything we needed. He has the best attitude and should be rewarded.
I downloaded the McDonalds app last Saturday and used it place an order. When I got to the restaurant they said they had no record of my order. I was charged for it though. They will not refund my money.
I went by to pick up a meal during the Covid19. I saw no one with masks or wearing gloves. Obviously, they have no read or been instructed how this can be transmitted. This location has been problematic for years.
I spoke to customer care in regards to making orders online and picking up and was told that I was able to do that. I placed a mobile order for pick up at 1656 Utica ave Brooklyn New York and ordered my Uber to go pick up my food despite the COVID-19 scare that we're currently having. After paying nearly 20$ to get to McDonald's I was told by a rude associate at the drive thru “You can't pick up your order at the drive thru. You'll have to come inside.” As I made my way inside aggravated at this point, I walked up to the counter and provided my order number. I was told that they do not do online orders. At this point I'm confused. McDonald's showed availability for order online and pick up at that location and I wasn't my time and money to get there and didn't get my food. I will never forget how I was treated and will never visit this McDonald's in the future.
Try the new Chicken and Biscuit, absolutely gross. It is a complete choke sandwich..it's dry. No pickles. No cheese. Just a pre Frozen Tyson chicken patty stuck between a dry ** biscuit.... McDonald's has nothing on Popeye's... should be taken off the market before someone chokes.
My father was injured at the McDonald's Restaurant in the Coq. Center Location. He is diabetic and elderly and chunk of finger was cut off and cannot be stitched because he literally lost the skin. It has been a difficult and frustrating experience trying to get compensation. It's been 6 weeks and we feel like we're getting jerked around by the owner. We would NEVER go back obviously. It's a good thing their grandchildren didn't get their finger cut off because they go there often with my father. This is the 2nd time an injury has happened at this location because of a defective chair. The owner owns multiple locations and you think he can afford to replace a broken chair. Terrible.
The standards of McDonald's is seriously slipping waiting 40 mins for a meal for the cashier to give our meal to someone she said was first but pulled into the drive thru 20 mins after I arrived inside to order, and she acknowledged them as someone she knew. When I approached her politely and asked why she did that she tried to tell me they ordered before me and to be patient like I was in the wrong. When I told her I saw them arrive 20 mins after me she put her head down, no apology. She just let her manager serve me and say sorry. I emailed the Boston Lincolnshire manager about this matter. No reply as obviously like all complaints they are clearly ignored and hoped to be forgotten, us little people don't matter. Their disgusting for a multi billion pound company. Can't even send a courtesy reply.
Then today I turn up at the York one as my husbands a courier so I visit many different sites and spend and an absolute fortune and my sandwich looks like its been sat on by an elephant. It's a regular occurrence now the standards are slipping drastically. Grantham and Newark standards are outstanding so why is the spec different for the rest, they don't care enough as they know people will come back, well not me and my family. I'm glad they can afford to loose 200 pound a month minimum. Obviously I don't spend enough to matter, so I phone London head office and lo and behold they will address the issue from today but 6 months ago not as was too long ago I emailed a branch manager and no reply that in itself is to me is appalling protocol even if you didn't have cameras footage to prove what I'm saying, from a branch manager.
Bring back Burger King. At least their burgers spent £1.50 more and got a gourmet meal in comparison and look like burgers not something that's been in bottom your bag all day, bring back old values I've no doubt this circumstance cannot be helped as we do get bad staff ourselves and with so many stores I don't doubt its hard but if you can't provide a service don't claim to. Isn't that against consumer rights. My meal did not look like the photo you told me it would when I purchased it. Shocking.
This morning me and my husband came into Mcdonalds to sit and have breakfast. I ordered the sausage egg mcmuffins. I wanted half slice of cheese and silver onions but Mr Horace complained “we dont do that. I'm not putting cheese on it," just constantly complaining about the way I want my sandwich I'm paying my money.
Then I had to wait on my large hot tea for 10 mins. When that came it was size small. A young gentleman in training was very very professional. The best staff on deck so I received my tea. As I proceeded to my table I hear Mr Horace ** complaining to the manager who was not of great help. He still stating he dont put half slice of cheese and, "Why she want onions?" I'm not a happy camper. I come to this Mcdonald regularly and have not had any problems with egg mcmuffins and half slice of cheese or onions. He stated he stated to me that they are short of help. I replied, "What do that have to do with me?" Again Mr Horace ** needs training and need to act professionally in his work ethics.
I went to the one in Ceres, CA, and I had earned a free coffee, and the Manager refused to give me the one that I wanted; and she said that she would give me, the one that I had already ordered free. I said to her, that I wanted the ice coffee but she said that she could only give me the small one; that was after she tried to give me a parfait instead. Also at other places, they serve me, cold coffee that has been sitting there for awhile, and they often give me, cold fries.
The new configuration in the recently remodeled McDonalds is devoid of personality and not particularly consumer friendly, Very limited personal interaction. Comparable to the old automated system. You can no longer watch the food being prepared which was an enjoyable side benefit. I realize this may be cost effective, but you have lost the "homey" atmosphere for morning coffee breaks with friends and/or a meeting place for moms and kids.
Quality of service varies greatly from one location to another. Locations on a major interstate usually have a lower standard of service. Ones within a town/small city are usually managed better with quality of service because they have repeat service.
I like to smell tables
I stopped into McDonald's in Brusley, LA to meet with a client. It was still lunch time, 12:50pm, and I was surprised to see two female employees lying down in one of the booths with their feet propped up on a chair, as if they were in their own homes. Looks like they were sleeping, but I didn't go check on them. Appears they ate and then took a nap or whatever they were doing while lying down. I felt it was very professional.
Foot long hair in my burger. I returned to the store and complained. The cashier told me it was not a hair from the workers there, it was too straight.??? Disgusting. I was given a replacement burger.
No longer edible burgers at the iconic golden arches. For some time now their burgers have been progressively unappetizing. Most recently on 3 occasions the burgers tasted like cardboard patties masquerading as cheeseburgers. Their fish sandwiches, fries and pancakes still rate high but this chain has definitely succumbed to the burger competition and rightly so. Hard to imagine that they can turn this ship around. Burger King knocks it out of the park, even their fries have improved. BK, is #1...
It's too many people in the drive thru window playing. They give people the wrong orders. Also they take too long to take orders. Sometimes the food is cold. The workers have too many attitudes at times.

Everytime i see this place my face fills with joy. Your chicken nuggets are the best childhood memory I ever had (and will still have). They wouldn't know how to make a hot coffee if they tried. We always ask at Midvale Mac Donald's WA for extra hot coffee because they are always very luke warm, boarder of being cold. If a want a cold coffee I ask for it. We have given this takeaway so many many chances but not ever again. Today asked for extra, extra, extra hot, the guy laughed. Well our coffee was a fraction warmer then the normal luke warm. Really what happen to customer service, they don't chose to listen To their clients so now I chose not to go there, it really not that hard to make a hot coffee.
McDonald's location in mount morris michigan on the corner of dort hwy and mt morris rd. Would not give me address or store number. They say they are not corporate. THATS A GOOD THING I GUESS. For the rest of the mcdonalds. Since they treat customers rude. Lie to customer. They did not give me a receipt. Got my order wrong even handed me my food saying no its right. Refused to refund my money the order that was right was still frozen. PLEASE MCDONALDS MAKE THEM REMOVE YOUR NAME AS IT IS A BAD REFLECTION ON YOUR FRANCHISES. I may never return to any location after the way i was treated. I would not even give it a star.
I was COUGHED ON by tha woman that haned me my food at the Morgan City, Louisiana 70380 McDonald's this morning. They don't wear gloves or masks at this location. I will never return, ever
I went to One of Qatar McDonald's outlet (Doha near Ramada signal), to redeem some McDonald's App offers, I went there without a Car, when i open the door of this outlet staff there mainly Filipino jumped at me and in an unpolite manner ask me to go to drive thru & order, i said i have no car& is that ok to order with out a car to drive tru ? They said No you have to go to drive thru with your car!!! Instead of helping us they diverted me back & we left the store with out being able to order any food with empty Stomach!
And the staff there is sitting & standing near each other shoulder to shoulder with out following Social Distancing of 1.5 Mtrs!!!

In Michigan is it not suppose to be that a company sells a price that is posted and not charge higher before charging a sign? Think this is called THE BOUNTY LAW.... Today I guess prices were going up but they had not gotten them posted and had a line up in the drive thru. To top it off they have not had a readable receipt in that drive-thru for MONTHS. I had requested over and over to have one I could read for a game I like to play with receipts. This they said over and over would be correct that day but for months shows they are just out and out right liars and it has never been corrected. How can anyone even know what they were charged for an item if it cannot be read on the receipt. Someone there best get their act together. Also my drinks had chocolate on the outside of the cup and were not all the way full. Please....lets get with the program and do proper training and stop cheating the customers. This place is on Belleville Rd. off of 94 in Belleville, Mi 48111. Time our city gets better places for us to spend our money. Sure wish we had the McDonalds that they had 50 years ago. Today it is not worth a crap. Cannot b relief how the food has gotten this bad. What a shame....

McMuffin sandwich hard as concrete. I needed a hammer and a spike to break it up and made a visit to the dentist.
Gross would not aptly describe how disgusting the food was: stale muffin, uncooked sausage, old food. Terrible odor. McDonald's is a case study in end-stage capitalism. No one thinks the food is edible but they survive because it has nothing to do with demand - they're too big to fail.
I DID THE ORDER FOR THE CHEESEBURGER AND THE CHEESEBURGER CAME WITH CHEESE ON IT. EVEN WORSE, WHEN I ORDERED MY DRINK...... IT CAME COLD!!!! The website is helpful if you want to know more about them or just to browse through the countless food items from their menu. Everything is detailed and described well. I rarely eat from McDonald's, but then I am at work, I buy some chicken nuggets and/or fries. They are tasty. Oh, I also like the cheeseburger, a classic McDonald's taste. On the website you can locate a store near you, so it is easy to find a place to order from. Large menu size, a lot of drinks, desserts. I prefer eating at other restaurants or to cook my own food, but at work I usually buy some fast food. (Either KFC, McDonald's, etc.) For the taste, I can give them 10/10. For price - 7/10 in my country. For healthiness - not really healthy, but hey, you can eat from there from time to time.
It's been a year since I have ventured into old Mickey D's mostly because it has become an entity FAR LESS INVOLVED WITH HAMBURGERS and far more involved with social reconstruction (apparently).
However, I had just spent an all night gig working up some project plans for a client and around 5:30 was about to just take a nice nap but was oh so hungry and remembered that just a week back there were coupons in the mail. Oh its been awhile since I have had an egg mc muffin and had a coupon for buy one get one free!
SO......I actually was excited and decided I had found some redeeming item to keep mickey d from being totally banished.
Now I knew that the dining room would not open until 6 am and usually around that time from past experiences there would be a line at the counter then.
WELL, NOT ANYMORE.
I get there at 6:15 to find the DOORS BARRICADED like it was a Black Friday sale. There was this kid mopping and re-mopping and then re-mopping the entire dining room like 3 completely separate times.
Cars would occasionally pull to the drive thru but not the scores I was used to associating with that venue. At closer to 6:30 I went to the doors and BANGED. The kid puts down the mop and comes over and ASKED ME WHAT I WANTED.
I responded, "Dude, I would like to come in and have some breakfast in this nice dining room".
His response was, he did not have permission to unlock the doors. I pointed to the hours clearly posted in bold format on that door but he still held to the fact that he was not released to open the doors and could not say why.
NOTE: One of my last visits to a mickey d was this same store but on a night visit around 9 pm and the doors were locked then as well. I called the local PD and filed a report. You may as well know there is a mega fast food industry movement to eliminate as MANY EMPLOYEES AS POSSIBLE AND GO TOWARDS A FULLY AUTOMATED SERVICE. I have also seen this issue with BK but mostly on Sunday nights when the shift is short handed and the lines tend to be long.
With a police report you can go to the business license office of that city/county and file a formal complaint and I HIGHLY URGE YOU DO SO. The hours posted are registered with that local license body and are AFFIDAVIT OF OPERATING HOURS.
Meantime, its now pushing 7 am. I had hung around just to take in just how absurd all this would be. It was maybe 10 til 7 when the guy unlocked the doors and waved me in.

Oh no, no so fast. There was no registers open and the dining room hours ARE NOT THE SAME AS THE COUNTER HOURS.
HOWEVER, there was a kiosk and I was strongly urged to use the kiosk which was all automated and OH HELL NO.
The biggest concern was I had a coupon that had NO FORM OF BAR CODE or scan box and also NO I.D. number so HOW WOULD I ENTER THAT?
I finally informed them that the 2 choices at hand at that moment was 1) for them to serve me like a human being and valued customer or 2) I was calling the PD ASAP
Of course they opted for choice 1.
I left around 7:15. I was the ONLY STANDING CUSTOMER IN THE STORE. Except for employees cars the lot was vacant. The drive thru maybe had a car drift in every 10 minutes but many I did not notice coming around the pick up side although that just have been an over sight.
The store was pristine and right out of a catalog but vacant. It was a George Orwell 1984 scene quite literally.
The good news was I went home (which was NOT my original intention), and opened the sandwiches which were quite good.
HOWEVER who is going to wade through all this nonsense and psycho drama just to finally manage a bit of breakfast.
In that regard, at mcdonalds USA, OH NO BREAKFAST IS DEFIANTLY NOT SERVED.
Too many of these mega corp juggernauts just throw their weight around like they are gods offering us poor working masses golden eggs when the truth is their entire philosophy is to eventually be EMPLOYEE-LESS, while serving us completely non organic products and by "non organic" I simply am implying that it is becoming ALL LAB CREATED FOOD.
Don't seek employment at McDonalds in Covington, Virginia!! Treat workers like crap. Make workers stay and pull 16 hours due to call out but when worker tries get next day off cause they just pulled 16 company doesn't allow this to happen. Also make workers work every weekend instead of doing a rotation like most jobs do. Work at this McDonalds if have no life!!
My father and I visited the Bridgeport WV McDonalds store on Main Street. My father went to the front counter asking for toilet paper. He asked 5 different employees including the manager on-duty. Not one of the 5 employees would respond to him verbally. They acted like he was speaking a foreign language. I asked the young man who served our drinks about getting toilet paper for my father. He jumped back away from the counter and just stood without saying one word. What is the Problem!
first they have a mobile app that's OK at best, can't pay with it, but at least it provides coupons for food, then a couple of weeks ago it tells me to update the app, I thought may be they get wise and allows me to pay with the mobile app. After I updated the app, it won't even let me log in, tried many times over several days, still says "We are having trouble connecting, please try again later". I see many complaints about it on the play store site about this app. Go fix it already!!!
I do not know McDonald's anymore. They don't care. See how long it takes for me to be desperate enough to wander into one of your stores for a purchase again. It may be far longer than a year, and frankly hell mat freeze over first.

Despite everything that's going on McDonald's has somehow managed to
amaze
They did something with this item that I never thought was even possible and you know
I've done a lot of these reviews. I've seen a lot of items. I've tried out a lot of different
items
Products and concoctions and things right?
Things that I'm not even sure our food, right?
I have tried a lot of stuff and sometimes you get these items that are very predictable
It's like oh, yeah, you know I saw that they worried they were gonna do this, right?
it makes sense and other times they throw a curveball at you and
It's like, you know, I didn't see this coming. I just did not expect it. I just a pure genius behind it
the ingenuity the creativity
the inventiveness and
You realize how much thought how much hard work?
How much effort goes into this idea and you're kind of blown away and you're kind of just left at least for a little while
I almost in a state of shock to just take it all in
I think it's the best way to put it and this is one of those items
100% there is no denying that

They've had the Big Mac for a while
Such an iconic sandwich. It really is. It's probably their their most well known sandwich, you know on the entire menu the Big Mac

two extra patties
That's right. They took the Big Mac and

The Big Mac has been one of my favorite items from McDonald's really has been it's it's it's such a such a stable item

They were trying out something called the Grand Mac where it didn't really work out the best

But this I think keeps everything the same size but it adds just a little extra beef which I hopefully it'll play out good
It's something to tell you the truth that I've wanted for a while and they finally pulled through and that's what they got
Alright now one other thing that I want to get to before we we get on with the review and that's literally all that it

That's exactly what it is
The name gives it all the way but it does have lettuce a secret sauce

I got this as a meal deal eight dollars and sixty cents is the price but I guess it makes sense
You're getting four four beef patties, you know instead of two
So I understand why they they've raised the price a little bit. All right
Now one other thing that I just want to mention and I think it's something that I've been doing considering the situation
Oh you may notice maybe you didn't but there's no packaging. It's not in its bag. It's not in its box
It's a straight on the plate
No, see when you're going out when you're getting
Fast-food be that delivered which I know a lot of you are or if you're still going there
You're either from maybe just getting a takeout to go drive-through, whatever whatever that might be doing
Obviously, you know that there are always risks, you know in in eating that uh that food, right?
That's a risk that obviously making the decision to get it's a risk you're willing to take
but one thing that I've always been doing just to try to lower the risk of any sort of exposure just in case
Is to just to remove everything of its packaging
ASAP I mean as soon as possible
I've just been getting rid of the bag getting rid of the box putting it in my own plate
Whatever it is
It's just a way of just taking another little bit of an extra step to
Just try to make sure everything is in in good shape, but this is something that I've been doing
So if I do any more reviews like this going forward you may just see it instead of in its usual packaging
I just want a plate or something, but that's my own

Well to be very straightforward, I like it yeah, right I really do
I mean, I I like the Big Mac to begin with number one again. I mean with no exaggeration
It's probably one of my favorite items on the menu
And I've always liked the Big Mac
I just like the way that you know, you have the beef patties which just have that a little bit of the you know
They still have that juiciness. You can still just taste the meaty flavor
They still have that a little bit of that seasoning of the salt and pepper
I just like the way that it blends in with a little bit of the
Shredded lettuce there just the buns. My favorite thing. Of course is just that little bit of the Tang that the
Secret sauce, which is what's in area 51 by the way, we all forgot about that
but that's what's in there the secret sauce, but
Just a way the secret sauce that Tang that it has and the pickles too
You get that little bit of that sharpness from the onions. I don't know
It just blends together so nicely every time it's just a good reliable sandwich that you can count on sure
It's not something that you know, you would see Gordon Ramsay making or anything. It's a simple sandwich
It's a simple fast food sandwich. Is it good and

the only thing that's different of course is that you just get extra beef and that flavor of
the beef patties is just far more pronounced and
To tell you the truth
Yes, that's exactly what I was looking for in a Big Mac because again my one principal complained about it
But sometimes I wouldn't be able to taste the beef enough
Sometimes the patties would just seem like they're getting smaller and smaller or you know, maybe the buns would just be too big or something
And that was my biggest concern
So the fact that now there's extra beef I can taste it even more
And yeah, it's a great sandwich. It's simple if you enjoy the Big Macs you're gonna like this
I think that's just what it comes down to it's very basic. It's very straightforward. It's very to the point, but I like it
I am a big fan of this and I mean you better believe yeah, I'm gonna I'm gonna get it again
It's probably one of my favorite items on the menu to tell you the truth fix again. It's so simple
It's taking something that I like and it's just making that adjustment
Giving it more of a good thing in my opinion. So yes the double Big Mac. I'm a big fan of it

I always say in a new place, if I dont know any of the places to eat. 
Its hard to screw up McDonalds fries. Well rhe Robbinsville McD s did just that. 
I ordered a small fry and a large drink. 
The people were just stupid. 
The girl took my money and went to the back of the place. 
No drink cup no fries. When she came back up front I think a light bulb went off. 
She scooped up what was the worst fries I have ever had, cold and old. 
I went to get my drink and ketchup. 
The drink station was filthy and it looked like the ketchup dispenser had exploded. 
I had to go back to the counter to ask gor ketchup which took anothwr 5 minutes for me to 
finally get any attention. This place was a joke. Dont bother stopping.

Very bad customer service it is ongoing issue only one resturant in Milton Keynes which is located next to MK stadium today I went to drive through with my children and waited more than 30 minutes then I did ask a staff that what happens and he replied that short of staff.
My questions is why every single day short of staff?
I was looking in the manager was just standing and talking and laughing with a staff is it good customer service.
 At the same time if I go Kingston Mcdonald's resturant only 5minutes wsiting time on drive through it is doesn't matter how b8g queues the customer service is very good I believe some one in the higher position will look in to it.
McDonald's is AWFUL my food was stale cold and wrong.. was refusing to replace it and all the staff are so cocky and cheeky it's unbelievable. Will never be going back what a disgraceful work place.
How hard is it to put syrup in with the pancakes this has happened to me twice now, what good are pancakes without the syrup?
I went to mc Donald's today I placed an order and I told the guy who took the order that I wanted 5 fish o fillet meals

I ordered for crispy chicken and bacon wrap from Brompton road outlet and found no bacon in the wrap instead found a cheese slice when actually the menu content says it should contain a bacon slice. I think it was not rightly made. Even the fries were tasting bitter as if fried in stale oil.
After waiting 25 minutes on queue at Archway Mc Donalds, bad hamburger bad chips no straw no sauce. Disgusting !
First McDonalds after lockdown Bognor Regis. Luke warm chicken nuggets, cold chips and im not sure how to describe the milkshake. Wont be ordering again. Waste if money.

After looking forward to your meal deal I was very disappointed, it didn't taste of very little and both the fries and burger were nearly cold and they forgot to give me my cold drink, won't be going back.
I'm really disgusted by their practices! Me and my partner ordered through Uber eats it's not Ubers fault they only deliver!! We paid £18 and only my partner's order been in the bag !! So they happy to charge for the full order but give you only one ?! Shouldn't it be classed as theft?!! It's not the first time !!! I thought theft is a criminal offence in this country!! Another example, before the lockdown I used to order chicken mayo wrap I always asked for an extra mayo 40p charge but there was no extra mayo there was hardly any mayo !!! And it's also down to the manager to sort out hers/his incompetent staff !! People are paying lot of money and it is a disgrace that McDonald's is steeling from their customers !! I REALLY THINK THAT McDonald's SHOULD BE CHARGED FOR THEFT!!! If it was only once I wouldn't kick a fuss about it but this is beyond belief!! SHAME ON YOU McDonald's!!!
You need to stop using uber eats they are taking customer orders and not delivering and they are also bringing orders that are missing items. The customer service is rude and not dealing with customer issues....McDonald's you are losing customers
I love my McDonalds, I have not had one since lockdown so when I saw an open McDonalds I was excited.
I went in and placed my order, well I am a woman of a certain age I was experiencing severe back pain and leg pain where I cant stand or walk for too long I just have to sit to alleviate the pain, I was waiting for my order for awhile, in pain, so I had a quick sit on one of the empty seats, I was told I must get up I am not allowed, I was not asked if I was feeling well, I got up feeling embarrassed, this is the Mansfield branch. this is to say please be more mindful of your customers.
I AM SO FRICKIN PISSED, my order was placed and they called me to tell me that they wouldn't give me my order because there workers were too lazy to make me. my. DRINK. this is beyond aggravating, this customer service is horrendous. I hope for future customers you shape up or ship out. much love, not happy with this dumbass, pissed not happy not customer. :)
